We couldn’t have asked for better weather on Lake Rousseau for this event. With light winds and sunshine most of the day, the weights spoke for themselves. Harold Beasley swept the field with a 17.89lb limit anchored with a 5.91lb Big Bass of the tournament. 2nd and 3rd place was only seperated by a couple ounces. Dave Turner filled 2nd with 13.7lb limit and 3rd place was Joe Agnoli with a 13.56lb limit. On the co-angler side Big Bass was secured by Robert Scott with a 5.58lb Rousseau Bass. Victor Lord surprised the scales coming in 1st place with 10.04lb 5 bass limit.

For April 24th’s tournament held on Lake Hernando, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer day. Cool and foggy morning followed by warm sun in the afternoon. Dave turner won 1st Place with a solid 17.97lb 5 bass limit anchored with a 5.68lb Big Bass of the day. Colby Robertson locked down 2nd Place with a 15.15lb 5 bass limit. 3rd position paid was Chris Kingree with a 9.56lb 5 bass limit.

For the Co-Anglers Victor Lord secured another victory with a 5.32lb 4 bass limit with a 2.68lb big bass. Great job guys! Off to Lochloosa in May!

On March 13th, we hit the Harris Chain launching out of Buzzard Beach boat ramp with 15 – 20mph winds out of the Southwest. On the Boater side Alan Agnoli secured 1st place with a 14.22lb 5 bass limit. 2nd Place was taken with a 12.9lb 5 bass limit by Dave Turner. Robbie Anderson not only received 3rd place for the tournament but also took big bass and won the progressive big bass pot with a Harris Chain 8.56lb Lunker.

On the Co-Angler side, taking 1st Place with a 6.42lb 2 bass limit and a 4.65lb big bass was Victor Lord. Great Job Everyone!

For the January 23 tournament on Lake Henderson in Inverness, Fl., we met the conditions of 30+mph wind along with 40 degree cold temperatures and a slight bit of rain. Though the conditions proved tough, the 15 Boaters and 5 Co-Anglers made it to the 3pm weigh in with average weights for almost any day on Lake Henderson. Jamie Lanier secured a 1st place finish with a total of 13.62lbs. and new club member David Frost close behind with a 12.6lb. bag on the boater side. The big fish on the boater side went to Matt Trawick with a 5.58lb bass. For the Co-Anglers, Victor Lord secured victory with 2 fish weighing 2.96lbs, followed by Mike Schleicher weighing a 1.84lb. big bass for the Co-Angler Side.

For the first Tournament of the 2015 – 2016 season we visited Lake Griffin in Leesburg, Fl. The morning started with a 10 mph wind progressing to about 20 mph later on. Alan Agnoli swept the competition with an impressive 17.55lbs for a 5 bass limit. Big bass went to Jamie Lanier with a 5.83lb bass.
